AUDIENCE-Athletes who are looking to become more fit and broaden their knowledge when it comes to injury prevention, rehab, and fitness.
PURPOSE-To inform athlete on how to have and maintain a healthy body.
SITUATION-I had to research a lot about different parts of the body and how they function. i also had to research a lot of different injuries. I had to know how to create a website.
What did you research and why?
I researched about being fit and what it takes. I rehearsed about injuries, injury prevention, prehab, rehab, and recovery. The reason that I researched this information is because of my experiences with injuries in life. I wanted to be able to help other athletes who are trying to stay injury free, fit, and healthy.
What did you create and why?
I created a website to display the information because I wanted it to be professional and I also wanted to imput some of my personal thoughts when it came to certain topics.
