MODE-
This website is supposed to show people causes for anxiety and ways that you are able to handle it. It also shows what stress and anxiety are supposed to be.
MEDIA-
I think most people have anxiety and stress so anyone surrounding you most likely has it. I know that there are videos and other blogs and website with information about anxiety and stress.
AUDIENCE-
The audience could honestly be anybody or middle school to adults.
PURPOSE-
It's to show people how stress and anxiety works and that they are many people that deal with it everyday. It also shows how you can help it.
SITUATION-
I think that this topic is very important because it is something that a lot of people deal with and it can also lead to some very dangerous or crazy things. I think people should start paying more attention to this topic because its not just some other thing it can be very serious and there most likely is someone you care about that you could help out by paying attention to this topic.

I researched information on stress and anxiety because I know many people with anxiety and everyone surrounding me gets stressed a lot
