AUDIENCE- People that want to make a change in their diet and need a little push to get them started
PURPOSE- Help people to get out of their comfort zone and start being healthy so they can be happy and healthy. 
SITUATION- The United States is one of the fastest countries in the world and it is time some people try to change that statistic. 

What did you research and why?
I research what a good diet is and how it can truly affect a person health. I also researched multiple healthy recipes to give people a head start on a healthy diet. I researched this because knowing why you need to do something is one of the most important steps to success. I also researched this topic because I hear about how the United States is one of the fastest countries in the world all the time and I think that needs to change. 

What did you create and why?
I created a website that people can go to if they want to start being healthier for the better. I wanted to make this website because I would like to start eating healthy and I know I need a little push so other must too.
